After building CUInsight into the industry's leading media and thought leadership platform, Randy now focuses on strategy, relationships, and leadership in the credit union movement. Through conversations with leaders across the industry and around the world, he is passionate about uncovering the experiences and lessons that help people lead with greater purpose and impact.

A CUDE (2015), ADE (2023) and ICUDE (2025), Randy believes that curiosity, connection, and lifelong learning are at the heart of leadership. When he's not recording podcasts or exploring new ideas, you'll likely find him traveling and chasing his next adventure.

Jill Nowacki began her career in the credit union movement in 2001 and has spent more than two decades leading, advocating, and building organizations that strengthen the industry. Today, she is the Founder and CEO of Zealyst, a people operations firm dedicated to helping organizations attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent through consulting, executive coaching, and recruitment.

Throughout her career, Jilly has held leadership roles at credit unions and state and national trade associations. She worked with Montana’s Credit Unions, served as Executive Director of Credit Union House for CUNA, and was Vice President of Development at Maps Credit Union, where she founded the Maps Community Foundation. From 2013 to 2019, she served as President and CEO of the Credit Union League of Connecticut. Prior to launching Zealyst in 2026, Jilly was the Founder and CEO of Humanidei.

John Pettit is the managing editor of CUInsight.com and producer of The CUInsight Experience podcast. He helps shape the content and conversations that inform, inspire, and connect the credit union community. Passionate about storytelling and amplifying industry voices, John works to highlight the people, ideas, and innovations that help move the movement forward.
